How to Vote

To vote in the Ann Arbor Mayoral Primary, Michigan residents must be registered to vote by July 21, 2025. Voters can cast their ballots in person on Election Day at their assigned polling place, during the early voting period from July 26 to August 3, 2025, or by submitting an absentee ballot, which must be requested by July 31 and returned by 8 p.m. on Election Day. Valid photo ID is required at the polls, or voters may sign an affidavit of identity if they do not have ID.
