How to Vote

Maryland voters can register online, by mail, or in person at their local board of elections office. Registration must be completed by October 18, 2026, to vote in the November 3 general election. On Election Day, voters must present a valid ID such as a Maryland driver's license, state ID, or other acceptable form at their assigned polling place. Early voting is available from October 27 through November 3, 2026, at designated vote centers across Baltimore City. Voters may also request an absentee ballot by mail if they meet eligibility requirements.
