Voters must be U.S. citizens, Maryland residents, and at least 16 years old (to register) or 18 by election day to vote. Early voting runs from June 11 to June 19, 2026, and election day is June 23, 2026; voters can cast ballots at any early voting center in Baltimore City or their assigned precinct on election day. No ID is required to vote unless registering for the first time by mail, in which case ID may be needed.
