How to Vote

To vote in the Baltimore City Council District 14 Democratic Primary, voters must be registered Democrats in Maryland and reside within District 14. Registration can be completed online via the Maryland State Board of Elections website, by mail, or in person at local election offices. On Election Day, voters may cast ballots at their assigned polling place between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM; acceptable ID includes a Maryland driver’s license, state ID, or other government-issued photo ID, though first-time voters who registered by mail may need to show additional documentation.
