How to Vote

Maryland voters can register online through the Maryland State Board of Elections website, by mail, or in person at designated locations. Voters must provide a Maryland driver’s license or state ID number, or the last four digits of their Social Security number. On Election Day, polls are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and while no ID is required to vote if already registered, first-time voters who registered by mail may need to show identification.
