The winner will advance to the general election in November 2026 to serve a four-year term in the Maryland General Assembly.
To vote in Maryland, eligible residents must register by June 3, 2026, either online through the Maryland State Board of Elections website, by mail, or in person at a local board office. Voters can cast their ballot in person on Election Day at their assigned polling place, during the early voting period from June 9 to June 17, 2026, or by requesting an absentee ballot, which must be returned by close of polls on Election Day.
