How to Vote

Maryland residents can register to vote online through the Maryland State Board of Elections website, by mail, or in person at designated locations. Voters may cast ballots in person on Election Day, during the early voting period from October 24 to October 31, 2026, or by requesting a mail-in ballot, which must be postmarked by Election Day and received by November 10, 2026. Valid photo ID is required for first-time voters who registered by mail and did not provide ID at registration.
