How to Vote

To vote in Bangor, Maine, residents must be U.S. citizens, at least 18 years old by Election Day, and registered to vote. Registration can be done online, by mail, or in person at the city clerk's office or BMV. On Election Day, voters will cast ballots at their assigned polling place; valid photo ID is required for first-time voters or those registering on-site. Early voting is available from October 21 to October 31, 2027, at designated locations including Bangor City Hall.
