How to Vote

Illinois residents can register to vote online through the Illinois State Board of Elections website, by mail, or in person at designated locations. Early voting begins October 24, 2026, and runs through November 2, 2026, at county clerk offices and authorized sites. On Election Day, polls are open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and voters must present a valid ID if registering for the first time or if required by precinct officials.
