How to Vote

To vote in the Illinois primary, voters must be registered by May 20, 2026, either online, by mail, or in person. On election day, registered voters can vote at their assigned polling place from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM; early voting is available from June 3 to June 13, 2026, at designated sites. A valid photo ID is required for first-time voters who registered by mail; otherwise, no ID is needed to vote in person.
