To vote in Hawaii, first ensure you are registered by the July 15 deadline via the Hawaii Office of Elections website or in person at your county clerk’s office. On Election Day, vote at your assigned polling place between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM HST; Hawaii conducts all-mail voting by default, so registered voters will automatically receive a ballot by mail starting July 26, which can be returned by mail, drop box, or in-person vote center. Voters must provide a valid ID if registering or updating information in person, but not to cast a ballot if already registered.
