How to Vote

To vote in Hawaii, residents must register online, by mail, or in person at their county elections division. Registered voters can vote by mail (automatically mailed ballots), in person during early voting at designated voter service centers, or at their assigned polling place on Election Day. A valid photo ID is required for first-time voters who registered by mail; otherwise, no ID is needed to vote in person.
