To vote in Hawaii, eligible residents must register by July 29, 2026, either online through the State of Hawaii Office of Elections website, by mail, or in person at a county voter service center. Voters can cast ballots early in person from August 1 to August 10, 2026, at designated voter service centers, or request an absentee ballot by mail if unable to vote in person; all registered voters receive a mail-in ballot automatically, which can be returned by mail or dropped off at designated locations by 7:00 PM on Election Day.
