How to Vote

Voters can cast ballots by mail (absentee), during early voting at designated voter service centers, or in person on Election Day at their assigned polling place. Hawaii conducts elections primarily by mail, with all registered voters automatically receiving a ballot unless they opt out; valid photo ID is required only for first-time voters who registered by mail without providing ID verification.
