How to Vote

To vote in Hawaii, residents must register by July 31, 2026, either online via the state's voter portal, by mail, or in person at a county elections division office. On Election Day or during early voting (July 27–August 10), voters can cast ballots at designated voter service centers with a valid photo ID; mail-in ballots are automatically sent to all registered voters and must be received by 7:00 PM HST on August 13.
