Voters in Hawaii County must be registered to vote by July 24, 2026, to participate in the August 13 election. Registration can be completed online via the Hawaii Office of Elections website, by mail, or in person at a county voter service center. On Election Day, voters may cast ballots at assigned polling places between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM HST; early voting is available from July 29 to August 11 at designated sites. All registered voters receive a mail-in ballot by default and may return it by mail, drop box, or in person, with no ID required to vote if already registered.
