How to Vote

Registered voters in Honolulu can vote by mail, during early in-person voting at designated voter service centers, or at their assigned polling place on Election Day. To register, applicants must submit a completed voter registration form online via the Hawaii Office of Elections website, by mail, or in person at a satellite city hall or state office. Voters must provide a valid Hawaii driver’s license, state ID, or the last four digits of their Social Security number when registering, and may be asked to show identification when voting in person if they are first-time voters who registered by mail.
