How to Vote

To vote in the 2026 Florida Attorney General primary, registered voters must cast their ballot either by mail, during early voting from August 10 to August 23, 2026, or in person on Election Day, August 25, 2026. Florida requires a valid photo and signature ID at the polls; voters without ID may cast a provisional ballot. Registration must be completed by July 27, 2026, to be eligible to vote in this primary.
