Delaware residents can register to vote online through the Delaware Department of Elections website, by mail, or in person at their local county elections office. Voters must provide a valid Delaware driver’s license or state ID, or the last four digits of their Social Security number. Early voting is available statewide from October 27 to November 5, 2028, and Election Day voting occurs from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM at assigned polling places.
