How to Vote

To vote in the Wilmington City Council Elections, Delaware residents must first register to vote by the April 22, 2027 deadline through online, mail, or in-person methods. On Election Day, voters can cast ballots at their assigned polling place between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, or participate in early voting from May 1 to May 10, 2027, at designated locations.
