To vote in the 2028 Little Rock School Board Elections, Arkansas residents must register by October 7, 2028, either online through the Arkansas Secretary of State's website, by mail, or in person at their county clerk's office. On Election Day or during early voting (October 21–November 5), voters can cast their ballots at designated polling places or vote centers with a valid photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport, or military ID.
