How to Vote

Voters in Pulaski County, Arkansas can register online through the Arkansas Secretary of State’s website, by mail, or in person at the county clerk’s office. On Election Day, polls are open from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM CST, and voters must present a valid photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID; early voting is available at designated county locations starting October 21, 2028.
