How to Vote

Voters in Little Rock must register by October 7, 2028, either online through the Arkansas Secretary of State's website, by mail, or in person at their county clerk's office. On Election Day, polls will be open from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM CST; voters should bring a valid photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, or military ID. Early voting will be available from October 21 to November 4, 2028, at designated locations across Pulaski County.
