How to Vote

To vote in the Montgomery mayoral election, Alabama residents must be registered by July 25, 2027. Voters can register online via the Alabama Secretary of State’s website, by mail, or in person at designated locations. On Election Day, polls are open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CDT, and voters must present a valid photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID. Early voting is available from August 7 to August 23, 2027, at select locations including the Montgomery County Board of Registrars office.
