How to Vote

To vote in Wisconsin, residents must register by the deadline, which is 20 days before the election. Voters can cast ballots in person on Election Day, during early voting at designated municipal clerk offices, or by requesting an absentee ballot. Photo ID is required for in-person voting, and absentee ballots must be requested by the Thursday before the election and returned by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
