To vote in the Wheeling City Council election, West Virginia residents must be registered by April 15, 2027. Voters can cast ballots in person on Election Day at their assigned polling place, during the early voting period from April 26 to May 8, 2027, or by absentee ballot if eligible. A valid photo ID is required for in-person voting, and registration can be completed online via the West Virginia Secretary of State’s website, by mail, or in person at the county clerk’s office.
