How to Vote

To vote in West Virginia, residents must be U.S. citizens, at least 18 years old by Election Day, and register by the deadline. Voters can cast ballots in person on Election Day, during early voting, or by absentee ballot with a valid reason. Acceptable photo ID is required at the polls, including a West Virginia driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID.
