To vote in West Virginia, residents must register by October 13, 2026, either online through the Secretary of State's website, by mail, or in person at their county clerk’s office. On Election Day, voters can cast ballots at their assigned polling place from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM ET, or participate in early voting from October 21 to November 1, 2026, at designated early voting sites. All voters must present a valid ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID, or sign an affidavit of identity if they lack ID.
