To vote in the 2028 Washington State House primary, residents must be registered by July 5, 2028. Voters can register online, by mail, or in person at their county elections office. Ballots are mailed to all active registered voters starting July 18, 2028, and can be returned by mail, drop box, or in person at vote centers through 8:00 PM on Election Day, August 1, 2028. No photo ID is required to vote, but signature verification is used for mail ballots.
