To vote in Washington's 2028 U.S. House primaries, residents must register online by July 29, 2028, or in person by August 1, 2028. Ballots are mailed to all registered voters starting July 19, 2028, and can be returned by mail, at official drop boxes, or in person at vote centers through 8:00 PM on Election Day. Voters do not need to declare a party affiliation and may vote for any candidate on the ballot.
