To vote in Washington, registered voters must be U.S. citizens, state residents, and at least 18 years old by Election Day. Ballots are mailed to all active registered voters starting July 18, 2027, and can be returned by mail, at official drop boxes, or in person at vote centers through 8:00 PM on August 3, 2027. No photo ID is required to vote, but signature verification is used for mail-in ballots.
