How to Vote

To vote in Washington State, residents must be registered by October 5, 2026. Voters can register online, by mail, or in person at their county elections office. Washington conducts all elections by mail: ballots are mailed to all registered voters starting October 16, 2026, and must be returned by mail (postmarked by November 3) or deposited in an official ballot drop box by 8:00 PM on Election Day. No photo ID is required to vote; signature verification is used instead.
