How to Vote

Virginia residents must register to vote by October 15, 2028, either online via the Virginia Department of Elections website, by mail, or in person at local voter registration offices. On Election Day, voters can cast ballots at their assigned polling place from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM; acceptable ID includes a Virginia driver's license, U.S. passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Early voting begins October 25 and runs through November 5 at designated locations, including the Prince William County Elections Office and satellite sites.
