Voters will elect council members from various districts to serve four-year terms, setting county policy on budget, public safety, infrastructure, and land use.
Utah residents can register to vote online, by mail, or in person at their county clerk's office. Registration closes 11 days before Election Day on October 23, 2028. Early voting begins October 21 and runs through November 4 at designated vote centers; on Election Day, polls are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM MT. Voters must present valid ID at the polls, such as a Utah driver's license, passport, or tribal ID, or provide two forms of residence verification.
