To vote in Tennessee, residents must be U.S. citizens, Tennessee residents, and at least 18 years old by election day. Registration can be completed online via the Tennessee Secretary of State’s website, by mail, or in person at county election commissions. Early voting is available from July 15 to August 2, 2027, and photo ID is required at the polls, including a Tennessee driver’s license, passport, or military ID.
