The 2026 South Dakota U.S. House At-Large Primary is a statewide election held on June 2, 2026, to select the Democratic and Republican nominees for South Dakota's single U.S. House seat. The winner of each primary will advance to the general election in November 2026 to compete for the at-large congressional district representing the entire state.

The winner of each primary will advance to the general election in November 2026 to compete for the at-large congressional district representing the entire state.
To vote in the 2026 South Dakota U.S. House primary, voters must be registered by May 17, 2026, either online, by mail, or in person at their county auditor's office. On Election Day, June 2, 2026, voters can cast ballots at their assigned polling place from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CT, or vote early in person between May 23 and June 1, 2026, at designated county election offices. Voters must present a valid photo ID, such as a South Dakota driver's license, tribal ID, passport, or military ID; those without ID may sign an affidavit and vote a provisional ballot.
