To vote in the 2028 Providence City Council Election, Rhode Island residents must be registered to vote by October 7, 2028. Voters can cast their ballots in person on Election Day, during the early voting period from October 21 to November 5, 2028, or by requesting a mail ballot. Valid photo ID is required for in-person voting, and registration can be completed online, by mail, or in person at local election offices.
