To vote in Pennsylvania, residents must be U.S. citizens, Pennsylvania residents for at least 30 days prior to the election, and at least 18 years old by Election Day. Registration can be completed online via the Pennsylvania Department of State’s website, by mail, or in person at county voter registration offices; voters must present ID if voting for the first time in their precinct, and polling places are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Election Day.
