To vote in Pennsylvania, residents must be U.S. citizens, at least 18 years old by Election Day, and have resided in their precinct for at least 30 days. Voters can register online, by mail, or in person at county election offices. On Election Day, polls are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM; acceptable ID includes a Pennsylvania driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, or military ID. Mail-in ballots must be requested by November 1, 2026, and received by 8:00 PM on Election Day.
