To vote in the Norman City Council primary, Oklahoma residents must be registered to vote by March 24, 2027. Registered voters can cast ballots in person at their assigned polling place on Election Day, during early voting from March 29 to April 4, 2027, or by requesting an absentee ballot through the Cleveland County Election Board. Voters must present a valid photo ID, such as an Oklahoma driver's license, state ID, or tribal identification, or sign an affidavit and cast a provisional ballot if ID is not available.
