Ohio residents must register to vote by October 7, 2026, either online via the Ohio Secretary of State's website, by mail, or in person at a county board of elections office. On election day, November 3, 2026, voters can cast ballots at their assigned polling place from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM ET, or vote early in person from October 8 to November 2 at designated early voting centers; acceptable ID includes a current Ohio driver's license, state ID, military ID, or utility bill with name and address.
