The 2026 North Dakota General Election will be held on November 3, 2026, to determine the state's U.S. Senate seat currently held by Senator John Hoeven and all three U.S. House of Representatives seats. Voters will also decide on statewide offices including Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney Secretary of State, and various legislative and judicial positions.

To vote in North Dakota, residents must register by October 14, 2026, either online through the Secretary of State's website, by mail, or in person at their county auditor's office. On Election Day, polls are open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CT, and voters must present a valid ID such as a North Dakota driver's license, tribal ID, or passport; early voting begins October 19 and runs through November 2 at designated locations across the state.
