To vote in the Albuquerque mayoral election, residents must be registered to vote in Bernalillo County by the deadline. Voters can cast ballots in person on Election Day at assigned polling places, during the early voting period at designated vote centers, or by requesting and submitting an absentee mail-in ballot through the Bernalillo County Clerk's Office. Valid photo ID is required for in-person voting unless signing an affidavit of identity.
