How to Vote

To vote in New Jersey, residents must be registered by April 22, 2026, either online through the NJ Division of Elections website, by mail, or in person at their municipal clerk’s office. On Election Day, polls will be open from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM; voters can also cast ballots early in person from May 2 to May 10, 2026, at designated early voting sites, or by submitting a mail-in ballot applied for by May 3, 2026. Voters are not required to show ID at the poll unless they are first-time voters who registered by mail and did not provide verification.
