To vote in Paterson, New Jersey, residents must be registered by April 22, 2026, either online through the New Jersey Division of Elections, by mail, or in person at their municipal clerk's office. On Election Day, polls will be open from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM; voters should bring a valid ID if it's their first time voting in the county or if required by poll workers, and can vote early in person from April 25 to May 10 at designated sites or apply for a mail-in ballot by May 4.
