To vote in New Jersey's 2028 primary, voters must be registered by May 16, 2028. Registration can be completed online via the NJ Division of Elections website, by mail, or in person at county commissioner of registration offices. Early in-person voting is available from May 25 to June 4, 2028, at designated polling places, and voters may also request vote-by-mail ballots with applications due by May 28, 2028.
