How to Vote

To vote in Nebraska, residents must register by April 25, 2028, either online via the Nebraska Secretary of State’s voter portal, by mail, or in person at their county election office. On Election Day, voters can cast ballots at their assigned polling place from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CT; early voting is available April 15–May 8 at designated county election offices or satellite locations, and all registered voters may request an absentee ballot by mail without providing a reason.
