How to Vote

To vote in Nebraska, residents must register by April 24, 2028, either online through the Nebraska Secretary of State’s voter portal, by mail, or in person at their county election office. On Election Day or during early voting (April 10–May 8, 2028), voters must present a valid photo ID such as a Nebraska driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID; those without ID may cast a provisional ballot after signing a certification form.
