To vote in the Lincoln City Council Districts 2 and 4 Primary, Nebraska residents must be registered by March 11, 2028. Voters can cast ballots in person on Election Day at their assigned polling place, during early voting from March 25 to April 3, 2028, or by requesting an absentee ballot through the Lancaster County Election Commissioner. Valid photo ID is required for in-person voting, and absentee ballot applications must be received by March 29, 2028.
