To vote in Nebraska's 2028 general election, voters must register by October 20, 2028, either online through the Nebraska Secretary of State's voter portal, by mail, or in person at county election offices. On Election Day, polls are open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central Time; voters should bring a valid photo ID such as a Nebraska driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID, and can find their polling place via the Nebraska Voter Information Portal.
